The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window for all eligible items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
